Scott is a native of Buffalo, New York but grew up in the great state of North Carolina.  He attended high school in Hendersonville and in Charlotte before earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NC State in Raleigh.  After five years as an area director with Young Life and five years as a technology consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Scott and his wife moved to Vancouver, Canada and earned a Master in Divinity at Regent College.  He served as an adult pastor and as a senior pastor for thirteen combined years before jumping back into the business world in 2012.  He and his wife have two grown sons and one grown daughter.  He loves hiking, biking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Scott also loves leading AMS.  It allows him to connect with all types of people, to connect great people with each other, and to help create beautiful spaces where others can thrive.
